July 1st 2008— Well as I have said many times before I have gained alot of weight reaching some crazy numbers at times, it yo’yos up and down…………In preparation for a healthy life, my store signing end of the month and Allanahs Bday Party as well as my surgery September 8th (seperate blog later). Anyhow since Im on the road I tend too eat unhealthy so instead of doing NOTHING about it Ive decided to make a diary which will motivate me, somehow LOL.

Today I didnt eat too well……I had a chickent breast, 1 Lg Pepsi, ate half my mash and mac……….Total Calories around 1200

Today Ive had two 20oz waters.

For exercise I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and did 20 cruches (will do more throughout day).

I will have a snack around 8pm and then not eat the rest of the night.

For a suppliment I am trying the Lipo 600 which is a mult-phase fat burner!
